Antiquity Blue Whisky – Antiquity Whisky Price, Alcohol Content

The genuine blue of whiskies is Antiquity Blue. It is painstakingly distilled in copper pot stills, matured then mellowed in imported white oak casks, and fused with quality Scotch. It is made of the finest Indian malts and rare Scotch expertly mixed with premium grain spirit. The aroma of prominent malt and rich wood, with a whiff of peat and heather, adds to the illusion, while delicate nuances come from the blend’s finest components, giving it a full smooth flavor and a bouquet that proclaims its royal ancestry. India’s finest, without a doubt. Learn about the numerous Whiskey Brands available in India.

Antiquity Blue Whiskey is a whisky that has been around for a long time

Antiquity Blue has a long and illustrious history

The Cameron Bridge Distillery in 1826, Robert Stein of Scotland pioneered the craft of grain whiskey. Antiquity Blue is now blended with the finest grain-based Scotch whiskies in the same distillery where Stein invented the copper pot stills and used the same grain distillation procedure.

Shaw Wallace & Company LTD (SWC) founded Antiquity whisky in 1992, and United Spirits Ltd (USL), a subsidiary of the United Breweries Group (UB Group), purchased it in July 2005. Shaw Wallace and USL united in April 2008, making Antiquity Blue an official USL brand. Antiquity Whisky was first released in the United States by American United Beer and Spirits (UBS) during the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Conference in Las Vegas from April 2 to 5, 2012. On May 11, 2007, Antiquity Blue Rare Premium was launched in China, making it the most expensive Indian-made whisky at the time.

Sales of Antiquity Blue Whisky

Over the course of two years, sales of Antiquity Rare Premium Whisky increased by 50% by the end of June 1998. Antiquity Blue Whiskey controlled 44% of the premium whisky market in India. Antiquity was the best-selling whisky brand in the super-premium Indian Manufactured Foreign Liquor (IMFL) category in 2002-2003, tied with Seagram’s 100 Pipers. Shaw Wallace’s Antiquity Rare Premium Whisky sales increased by 40% year over year in 2004.

Ambassador for the Antiquity Blue brand

American United Beer and Spirits signed Indian beauty and television celebrity Nina Manuel as the brand ambassador of Antiquity Whisky in 2012 to market Antiquity Blue Whisky in the United States.
